As a Content Creator Intern, you will create engaging, relatable, and high-quality content that speaks directly to Nigerian students. From graphics to videos to captions, you will help bring the Alutamarket brand to life across all our platforms. What You Will Do - Create content for Alutamarket's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) - Work with the Brand Manager to execute the monthly content calendar - Capture content during campus activations and sales events when applicable - Bring fresh, creative ideas that reflect student culture and campus life - Deliver content on time and to brief, consistently What We Are Looking For - A portfolio or social page showing past creative work (required) - Strong understanding of Nigerian student culture and social media trends - Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines - Available for at least 15 hours per week - Available for at least 2days of physical engagement for content creation in a week (We will be responsible for your logistics) What You Get - Real-world content creation experience on a fast-growing platform - Portfolio-worthy work across a brand with national reach - Performance-based stipend - Direct mentorship from the Brand Manager and founding team - Opportunity to grow into a full role as the company scales Location: FUTA Duration: Per semester (renewable based on performance)

As a Community Manager Intern, you will be the heartbeat of the Alutamarket community. You will manage our online groups, keep members engaged, resolve issues, and make sure every Comrade — buyer or seller — feels seen, heard, and supported. What You Will Do - Manage and moderate Alutamarket WhatsApp and Telegram communities - Welcome new members and guide them on how to use the platform - Keep the community active with daily engagement, posts, and conversations - Identify and escalate issues from community members to the right team - Support sellers with tips on how to get more visibility and sales - Report weekly on community growth, engagement, and key issues - Represent the Alutamarket brand with warmth, professionalism, and energy What We Are Looking For - Strong written communication skills in simple, clear English - Someone who is naturally social, organized, and responsible - Prior experience managing a group or community is an advantage but not required - Passionate about student life, campus commerce, and building something real - Available for at least 15 hours per week What You Get - Hands-on experience in community management and growth operations - A strong reference letter upon successful completion - Performance-based stipend - Direct mentorship from the Alutamarket leadership team - A chance to grow into a full role as the company scales Location: Remote (with occasional campus activations) Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance)

You'll create content, engage our audience, and help build a brand that every Nigerian student knows and trusts.
